• The Sherwood School District accepts online payments for student fees in the form of credit/debit card and eCheck/ACH through ParentVUE.
  • Fees may also be paid by cash or check, in person at your student’s school.

Class/Athletic/Activity Fee Payments

  • All online student fees payments are now managed through ParentVUE.
  • If your student has a credit on their account, please contact the school bookkeeper to apply this credit toward other fees
  • To make a payment:
  1. Sign into ParentVUE using your browser at bit.ly/ssdpvue or the ParentVUE mobile app, available for both Android and iOS.  If you have never signed into ParentVUE, you will need an activation key.  If you do not have an activation key, please contact your student’s school.
  1. Select your student, then click or tap “Fee”
  1. Click or tap “Pay Fees”

You will be automatically signed in to SchoolPay, our payment processor.  All fees available for payment will be listed on the screen. Select those you wish to pay and complete checkout.

Lunch Account Payments

Payments for lunch accounts may be made online by credit/debit card, or in person by check/cash at your student’s school.

Online Lunch Account Payment Instructions

Online lunch payments can now be made through ParentVUE. To make a payment:

  1. Click or tap “Pay Fees”
  1. You will be automatically signed in to SchoolPay, our payment processor.  On the menu at top left, select “Food Services”.  From here, you can view your student’s balance, make a one-time payment, or set up automatic payments for any student(s) in your family.
