On the morning of Wednesday, September 9, 2020, we cancelled drive-through events district-wide due to air quality issues. However, with the start of term approaching, we know there are limited days left for our schools to provide supply pick-up and drive-through orientation events for families. At this time, we will continue with Thursday’s scheduled events at schools as planned.
Please note that these events are optional for all families/students. If your family does not feel comfortable being outside to attend these events, we will provide drop-off alternatives for all supplies and materials at a future time. While we will attempt to tend to alternate drop-off options as soon as possible, please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate all supply drop-offs by the first day of classes.
Athletics practices will remain cancelled until air quality improves, due to the physical exertion and extended outdoor exposure of such activities. We will continue to monitor air conditions and provide updates as the situation evolves.
