K-2 Summer Learning Academy

Limited spaces now available in this year’s foundational reading support and reinforcement classes.

This three week camp, taught by Sherwood teachers, is intended to serve our primary students who would benefit from targeted support in the areas of reading and writing in a fun, more relaxed school setting.  The reading skills development classes will be offered to any current Kindergarten-2nd grade student who does not yet demonstrate reading proficiency at his or her grade level. Lessons will reinforce students’ knowledge while preparing them for the next step in their reading journey. This class is not intended for students who are reading above their current grade level.

STEM Camps

Open to Current Kindergarten-1st Graders

Due to the popularity of this camp and the capacity limitation of 26 students per location, a lottery drawing will be held to determine which students will be offered a spot.

There is no cost for STEM Camp.  Unfortunately, we are not able to provide district transportation.

Moving to the Middle Transition Class
