Three Sherwood School Board positions will stand for election on Tuesday, May 16, 2017. Candidates must complete an application and file with the Washington County Elections Office between February 6 and March 16, 2017. The deadline to file a candidate statement for the Voter’s Pamphlet is March 20, 2017. School Board positions (4 year terms) are available in the following zones: Position 2 Position 3 Position 4 To qualify, candidates must be a registered voter; live within the school district; live in the District for one year immediately preceding the election; and cannot be an employee of the District. Filing forms and instructions can be found at the Washington County web site or candidates may pick up the forms at the Washington County Elections Office, 3700 SW Murray Blvd., Beaverton, OR 97005.
