School Boundaries

If you’re enrolling your student or looking to move to Sherwood, locate your schools using our Boundary Map. Enter your address in the upper left corner to search. Contact Carrie Mower at cmower@sherwood.k12.or.us or call our District Office at 503-825-5000 for additional assistance.

Enrollment

Registration is not necessary for current Sherwood students, including current year PreK students. Currently attending students are automatically enrolled for the following school year.

Online registration is used to enroll new and previously withdrawn students planning to re-enroll in the Sherwood School District.

Online registration is accessible at https://bit.ly/SSD-OLR

During online registration, new families will create a Sherwood ParentVUE account. Parents of current and former Sherwood students must log in with their existing ParentVUE account or obtain a ParentVUE activation key. For assistance, contact Kami Golden at tl@sherwood.k12.or.us or 503-825-5011.

Supporting enrollment documents should be returned in person or by email to your student’s school.

Paper-Based Registration

Paper-based registration is also available. Follow the Steps to Enrollment below or pick up an enrollment packet from any of our schools or our District Office located at 21920 SW Sherwood Blvd. The District Office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Steps to Enrollment

1. Identify your Child’s School

Locate the school for your home address using our online Boundary Map.

2. Provide the Required Documents

  • Proof of Address: 2 items from the list below
    • Mortgage Statement
    • Property Tax Statement
    • Rental Lease Agreement
    • Utility Bill (electricity, gas, water/sewer)
    • Oregon Driver’s License
    • Oregon Identification Card
  • Proof of Birth (Birth Certificate or Passport)
  • Immunization Records

3. Complete the Registration Forms

Complete the appropriate registration forms.

Enrollment Form – English
Enrollment Form – Spanish
Language Use Survey – English
Language Use Survey – Spanish
Authorization to Release Records – English Students transferring from another school
Authorization to Release Records – Spanish Students transferring from another school
Release of Student Information Opt Out – English and Spanish

Dental Screening Certification Form K-2 only
Vision Screening Certification Form K-2 only

4. Submit Completed Paperwork
