School Boundaries

Use the Boundary Map to locate schools and residences within the Sherwood School District Boundary. To search, enter an address in the upper left corner. If an address is not located or is outside of the boundary map, please contact Carrie Mower at cmower@sherwood.k12.or.us or call the District Office at 503-825-5000.

Enrollment – Current Students

Enrollment is NOT necessary for currently enrolled students, including current year PreK students. Current year students are automatically included in the upcoming school year.

Enrollment – New and Returning Students

Online enrollment is accessible at https://bit.ly/SSD-OLR

New families will create a ParentVue account during online enrollment. If your family is new to the Sherwood School District, please answer NO to the following online enrollment questions.

  • Do you currently have a student enrolled in the Sherwood School District? NO
  • Have you ever had a student enrolled in the Sherwood School District? NO
  • Do you have a ParentVue account with the Sherwood School District? NO

Current and returning families will log in with their existing ParentVUE account. For assistance with your Activation Key or ParentVue login, please email Kami Golden at kgolden@sherwood.k12.or.us or call 503-825-5011.

Online enrollment requires the upload of specific documents. If you do not have the requested information, upload a document or photo that says you will provide the information before school begins. Documents may be submitted in person or by email to the appropriate school enrollment contact below.

Paper-Based Enrollment Forms

Paper-based registration is also available. Follow the Steps to Enrollment below or pick up an enrollment packet from any of our schools or the District Office located at 21920 SW Sherwood Blvd.

Steps to Enrollment

1. Identify your Child’s School

Locate the school for your residential address using our online Boundary Map.

2. Provide the Required Documents

  • Proof of Address: 2 items from the list below
    • Mortgage Statement
    • Property Tax Statement
    • Rental Lease Agreement
    • Utility Bill (electricity, gas, water/sewer)
    • Oregon Driver’s License
    • Oregon Identification Card
  • Proof of Birth (Birth Certificate or Passport)
  • Immunization Records

Public schools are obligated to enroll students regardless of their immigration status and without discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin.

3. Complete the Registration Forms

Complete the appropriate registration forms.

4. Submit Completed Paperwork
